Ingredients: 1-pint blueberries (can use regular size or jumbo-sized); 6 oz. goat’s cheese (softened); 4 oz. cream cheese (softened); 1 TBLS fresh thyme (stems removed); 1 tsp fresh basil (minced)

Our Goat's Cheese Wrapped Blueberries are a favorite appetizer at any holiday party!

Ingredients

1-pint blueberries (can use regular size or jumbo-sized)
6 oz. goat’s cheese (softened)
4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 TBLS fresh thyme (stems removed)
1 tsp fresh basil (minced)

Sharon's Hint

To make an easy go of rolling the cheese around the blueberries use disposable latex gloves. The cheese sticks minimally to the gloves and your hands stay clean.

Directions

Step 1.

Mix cheeses together until smooth.

Step 2.

Cover blueberry with a small portion of cheese mixture rolling gently to create a smooth ball.

Step 3.

Toss in fresh herbs and serve with crackers.
