Not a dill fan? Try basil or thyme.
In a medium sized bowl, add French beans and green onion tossing to mix.
Make dressing by adding lemon juice, olive oil, dill and salt and pepper. Whisk together and pour over French bean mixture.
Toss to coat and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, take toasted baguette and top with a small scoop of bean mixture using a slotted spoon. Sprinkle with feta cheese and walnuts. Serve immediately.
