Shake up your traditional quesadilla with this sweet and savory combo.
Heat a large pan over medium heat and add one tortilla shell.
Sprinkle part of the cheese on half the tortilla shell. Allow to melt slightly.
Add grilled chicken, red onion, strawberries, remaining cheese and balsamic to tortilla.
Fold tortilla shell in half and allow to cook on both sides for 3-4. Edges should be crispy.
Once cheese is melted, remove from heat and cut in quarters. Serve with side of avocado and cilantro.
